Attention Auto Wreckers! Join us, but first you must agree to the following terms:

A.Terms of use:

Junk Yard Dog®, from here on referred to as JYD, is a venue for visitors to find used auto parts from members. JYD will not tolerate misuse of the system. To receive visitor requests, you must agree to the following.

1. Requests received from JYD are for your use only. You may broker parts, but you may not forward, re-broadcast, or sell any request delivered to you by JYD.

2. The e-mail you receive is for selling the part contained in that request. No auto-responders are allowed.

3. No harvesting of e-mail addresses for spamming or selling is allowed.

4. Any transaction with the visitors of JYD must be handled in a professional manner. Mistreatment of customers reflects on your reputation and that of JYD.

Any violation of the above terms is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of your membership.

B. Terms of payment

1. JYD accepts the following credit cards:

      Discover Card
      Master Card
      Visa

2. For those that wish to be billed and pay by check, the following terms apply. All membership fees will be billed on the first of the month for that month. Payment is due upon receipt. Payment is past due on the 20th.

3. Invoices not paid by the last business day of the month are subject to a late payment fee of $35.00.

4. Accounts with invoices over 30 days past due are subject to termination. Re-enstatement will incure a $50 re-connect fee.
